Hiya. Emma here and I wanted to show you a little video I made on beginner piano lessons. I uploaded it to YouTube with this cool piece of software. It’s the first video I’ve ever done in my life. But it was so much fun making this video for my blog beginners piano lessons. I hope you like it. Isn’t the kitty just the cutest thing you’ve ever seen? He looks just like my little kitty “Smudge”.
Except what Smudge does when I’m trying to play my keyboard is he’ll walk up and down the keys and he’s no Mozart that’s for sure!
The piece of music that’s playing in the video is “Piano Sonata No. 11 in A Major” by Walter Klein. I’m trying to learn it, but it’s quite fast as you can tell. My fingers fumble in parts but I’m not too bad. Besides, classical music is not really my thing. It was my dad’s suggestion that I use that piece for my video on piano beginners lessons. I wanted to used Alicia Keys, but my dad didn’t think I’d be allowed to. Maybe he was right.
Anyway, I found all these cool pictures of pianos and piano players that I used to create this collage of a video. I really like the guy who’s playing the burning piano. That’s neat, but such a waste. I would love to have a piano like that. And there they go burning it up! Still looks cool though.
I also show you a picture of the beginners piano lessons course that I’ve been taking for the last year. It’s a fun course. I really didn’t think that learning to play the piano could be that much fun. I thought it would be hard and boring. But you learn some fun easy songs right off the bat that just encourages you to keep going.
So if you’ve wanted to learn piano then I encourage you to check out the course for yourself. It really is fun and easy. I mean if my dad can learn to play a Kenny Rogers’ song, and my dad’s tone deaf as he admits himself, then anybody can do it. I did it too and I’m nowhere near Alicia Keys.
